RESOLUTION 11-111
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FIREPLACE AND STONE CENTER -850 SE
ALICE'S ROAD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Muuicipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planuing and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Fireplace and Stone Center-850 SE Alice's Road on June 14,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Fireplace and Stone Center -850 SE Alice's Road is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,DJN,LLC,owner of the property at 850 SE Alice's Road and proposed Fireplace
and Stone Center,has signed a Petition Contract and Waiver related to future obligations to
participate in infrastructure improvements adjacent to the property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
tins 20th day of June,2011 that the Site Plan for Fireplace and Stone Center -850 SE Alice's
Road is approved,pending receipt of the signed Petition Contract and Waiver.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of
Waukee,Iowa that the City of Waukee does,upon receipt,accept the Petition Contract and
Waiver in connection with the property,and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to file such
petition contract and waiver with the Dallas County,Iowa Recorder.~dL
