RESOLUTION 11-101
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
LEGACY POINTE PLAT 6 (MEMORY CARE FACILITY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Downing Construction,Inc.,has completed the public improvements
associated with Legacy Pointe Plat 6 (Memory Care Facility);AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Legacy Pointe Plat 6 (Memory Care Facility)and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of J une,2011,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for Legacy Pointe Plat 6 (Memory Care Facility).
