RESOLUTION 11-115
APPROVING THE FEES CHARGED FOR 1 INCH WATER METERS AND GAS
METERS INSTALLED BY THE CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City is responsible for the purchase and installation of water meters and gas
meters associated with new construction which costs are charged on to the property owner;
AND,
WHEREAS,City staff has determined the costs to be charged for 1 inch water meters shall be
$250.00;AND,
WHEREAS,City staffhas determined the costs to be charged for gas meters shall be $495.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this zo"day of June,2011 that the charges for the cost of water meters and gas meters be
approved and shall become effective on July 1,2011.
