RESOLUTION 11-95
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PARKING LOT ADDITION TO LATTER DAY
SAINTS CHURCH -400 SE PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for a
Parking Lot Addition to Latter Day Saints Church -400 SE Pleasant View Drive on May 24,
2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for the Parking Lot Addition to Latter Day Saints Church -400 SE
Pleasant View Drive is in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6th day of June,2011 that the Site Plan for a Parking Lot Addition to Latter Day Saints
Church -400 SE Pleasant View Drive is approved.
