RESOLUTION 11-102
APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROPOSAL FROM POWER SYSTEM
ENGINEERING,INC.,RELATED TO THE FIXED BASE METER READING
PROJECT PROCUREMENT SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Works Department has received and reviewed proposals
submitted by engineering companies related to the City's Fixed Base Meter Reading Proj ect
procurement services;AND,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Department recommends accepting the Professional Services
Proposal from Power System Engineering,Inc.;AND,
WHEREAS,the Engineer's fee for the scope of the Project shall be a total of $27,878.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Professional Services Proposal from Power System Engineering,Inc.,related to the Fixed Base
Meter Reading Project Procurement Services is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the zo"day ofJune,
