RESOLUTION 11-110
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Muuicipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zouing Commission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Glynn Village Plat 4 on June 14,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat 4 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Muuicipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 20'h day of June,2011 that the Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat 4 be approved.
