RESOLUTION 11-125
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WAUKEE AND POWER SYSTEM ENGINEERING,INC.,FOR THE AMI
PROCUREMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on June 20,2011,the Waukee City Council approved a Professional Services
Proposal from Power System Engineering,Inc.,related to the Fixed Base Meter Reading Project
Procurement Services (Resolution #11-102)AND,
WHEREAS,Power System Engineering,Inc.,has since provided an Agreement for Professional
Services related to the project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Waukee and Power System
Engineering,Inc.,for the AMI Procurement Project is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 11til day of July 2011.
