RESOLUTION 11-120
CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERRORS IN RESOLUTION #11-113 APPROVING
FY2012 NON-REPRESENTED CITY EMPLOYEE WAGES AND WAGE MATRIX
ADJUSTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on June 20,2011,the Waukee City Council approved a resolution approving
FY20 12 non-represented City employee wages and wage matrix adjustment (Resolution #11-
113);AND,
WHEREAS,due to incorrect wages and omitted employees,Resolution #11-113 contains
scrivener's errors related to wage adjustments for certain Waukee Public Library employees;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
tins 11th day of July 2011 that the original Exhibit A approved as part of Resolution #11-113
is hereby repealed and that a corrected Exhibit A is approved and attached hereto in order to
correct certain scrivener's errors contained in Resolution #11-113 related to wage adjustments
for certain Waukee Public Library employees.
