RESOLUTION 11-134
CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN RELEASE OF RETAINAGE TO
CONCRETE TECHNOLOGIES,INC.,FOR THE CENTENNIAL BIKE TRAIL
PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,111.60,SO THAT THE DOLLAR AMOUNT IS
CORRECTED AS $8,552.65
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on July 11,2011,as part of the Consent Agenda,the Waukee City Council
approved release of retainage to Concrete Technologies,Inc.,for the Centennial Bike Trail
Project in the amount of $4,111.60;AND,
WHEREAS,the motion contains a scrivener's error in the total dollar amount which reads as
$4,111.60 but should instead read as $8,552.65;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this zs"day ofJuly 2011 that the scrivener's error in the motion to release of retain age to
Concrete Technologies,Inc.,for the Centennial Bike Trail Project in the amount of $4,111.60,
is hereby corrected so that the total dollar amount reads as $8,552.65.
