RESOLUTION 11-135
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
NORTH 6TH STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Baxter Construction has completed the public improvements associated
with the North 6th Street Improvement Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
North 6th Street Improvement Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 25th day of July,2011,that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the North 6th Street Improvement Proj ect,
