RESOLUTION 11-150
APPROVING THE PRESENTATION OF FY2012 PERSONNEL
EVALUATION/GOALS FOR THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Jeffrey L.Kooistra is serving as the City Administrator/Clerk for the City of
Waukee at the will of the City Council of the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council in Closed Session,at the request of the City Administrator,
evaluated the professional competence of the City Administrator/Clerk and it was
determined that the evaluation should be memorialized and made a part of the personnel
file of the City Administrator/Clerk;AND,
WHEREAS,the Mayor is the appropriate official to present the evaluation!goals to the
City Administrator/Clerk for placement in the personnel file of the City
Administrator/Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
Mayor shall memorialize and present the evaluation!goals to the City Administrator for
placement in the Personnel file.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this,the 8th day of
August,2011.
