RESOLUTION 11-166
APPROVING A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RELATED TO
IMPROVEMENTS TO CITY PROPERTY
(355 7TH STREET -FORMER FIRE STATION)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has indicated a desire to renovate the property located at
355 7'h Street for purposes of a community center;AND,
WHEREAS,it is intended that the Request for Proposals will help determine the
appropriate design team based upon the scope and objectives as established within the
Request for Proposals.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 22nd day of August 2011 that it hereby approves the Request for
Proposals related to improvements to City Property located at 355 7th Street -Fonner
Fire Station.
