THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION 11-165
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 9
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes,Inc.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of Park view
Crossing Plat 9 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reconnnended approval of
the Plat on June 28,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 9 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this nnd day of August,2011 that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 9 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,subject to
verification of completion of punch list items.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat:
1.Easement for Temporary Siltation Basin;
2.Easement for Temporary Overland Flowage;
3.Easement for Public Overland Flowage (2);
4.Easement for Public Utility;
5.Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer;
6.Easement for Temporary Water Main;
7.Easement for Public Storm Sewer;
8.Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer (off-site)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Park view Crossing Plat 9,as well as any other documents relat thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
