RESOLUTION 11-161
APPROVING THE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FOR WAUKEE FAMILY
TOWNHOMES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,JNB Family Waukee,L.P.has previously received approval of a final plat for
Waukee Family Townhomes Plat 1 (the "Plat"),an Official Plat located within the City of
Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined a sanitary sewer easement is needed within the Plat to allow
the City to maintain a public sanitary sewer that services the Plat.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 22nd day of August,2011 that the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement within Waukee Family
Townhomes Plat 1 is hereby approved and accepted by the City of Waukee,and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to file such easement with the Dallas County,Iowa Recorder.
