RESOLUTION 11-172
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 9
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating of Grimes,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Parkview Crossing Plat 9;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Parkview Crossing Plat 9 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
tbis project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 12'h day of September,2011,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Parkview Crossing Plat 9.
