RESOLUTION 11-180
AWARDING THE PURCHASE OF A PUBLIC WORKS SALT STORAGE
STRUCTURE TO ACCU-STEEL,INC.,IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,501.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a salt storage structure to replace the existing structure at the former Public Works
Facility;AND,
WHEREAS,the cost of construction of the salt storage structure was included as part
of the FY 201112012 budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 26th day of September 2011 that it hereby approves awarding the purchase
of a Public Works Salt Storage Structure to Accu-Steel,Inc.,in the amount of
$44,501.00.
