APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM R.D.MCKINNEY PLUMBING &
EXCAVATING,INC.,OF WAUKEE,IOWA,FOR
W ARRlOR LANE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the following bid for the Warrior Lane StOlID Sewer Improvements,described as such in
the Project Information Sheet that was provided to potential bidders,be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest responsible quote received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:R.D.McKinney Plumbing &Excavating,Inc.,of Waukee,IA
Amount of Bid:$16,007.50
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 26'h day of September,2011.
