RESOLUTION 11-198
AFPROV AL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TERRUS REAL ESTATE GROUP,
L.L.C.FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO IMPROVEMENTS TO
CITY PROPERTY (355 7TH STREET -WAUKEE COMMUNITY CENTER
PROJECT)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee sent out a Request for Proposals for Professional
Services related to the renovation and conversion of the property located at 355 7'h Street
into a conununity center;AND,
WHEREAS,a selection committee was established to review the proposals received for
the proposed project;AND,
WHEREAS,after careful consideration,the selection committee has recommended
Terms Real Estate Group,L.L.C.to be selected as the construction management
consultant for the community center project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this loth day of October,2011,that it hereby approves the Agreement with Tenus
Real Estate Group,L.L.C,for Professional Services related to Improvements to City
Property (355 71h Street -Waukee Community Center Project).
