RESOLUTION 11-193
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR
DOUGLAS PARKWAY PAVING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Douglas Parkway Paving Project has been a cooperative project among
the Cities of Clive,Urbandale,and Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,Mauatt's,Inc.,of Johnston,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with the Douglas Parkway Paving Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the contractor has fully completed the construction of the public
improvements in accordance with the terms aud conditions of the contract aud plaus aud
specifications;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this ro"day of October,2011,that it hereby accepts the public improvements for
the Douglas Parkway Paving Project Project.
