APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SE CRABAPPLE DRIVE BETWEEN
105 SE CRABAPPLE DRIVE AND 145 SE CRABAPPLE DRIVE ON SATURDAY,OCTOBER
22,2011,BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3:45 P.M.AND 8:00 P.M.FOR THE PURPOSE OF A
NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Jessica Novelli of 105 SE Crabapple Drive requests the temporary closing of SE
Crabapple Drive between 105 SE Crabapple Drive and 145 SE Crabapple Drive on Saturday,October
22,2011,between the hours of 3:45 p.m.and 8:00 p.m.for the purpose of a neighborhood block party;
AND,
WHEREAS,pursuant to §364.l2(2)(a),public ways and grounds may be temporarily closed by
resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 10th
day of October,2011,that it hereby approves the temporary closing ofSE Crabapple Drive between
105 SE Crabapple Drive and 145 SE Crabapple Drive on Saturday,October 22,2011,between the
hours of3:45 p.m.and 8:00 p.m.for the purpose ofaneighborhood block party.
