RESOLUTION 11-204
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
SOUTH R-22 SHOULDER STABLILIZATION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Peterson Contractors,Inc.,has completed the public improvements
associated with the South R-22 Shoulder Stabilization Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
South R-22 Shoulder Stabilization Project and confnm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'10 day of November 2011 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the South R-22 Shoulder Stabilization Project.
