RESOLUTION 11-219
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,AND VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.,RELATED TO HEART OF
THE WARRIOR TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Heart of the Warrior Trail Improvements Project consists of the construction
oftwo segments of 10-foot wide h-ail for a total of approximately 3,015 linear feet;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,have submitted an Engineering Services Agreement for
tbe Reali of the Warrior Trail Improvements Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and found to be satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 21"day of November 2011 that it hereby approves Engineering Services Agreement
between the City of Waukee,Iowa,and Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,related to Heart of the
Warrior Trail Improvements Proj ect.
