RESOLUTION 11-218
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES RESOURCE ENHANCEMENT AND PROTECTION FUND (REAP)
GRANT AGREEMENT RELATED TO THE HEART OF THE WARRIOR TRAIL
PROJECT.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Iowa Department of Natural Resources approved the City's REAP grant
application,referenced as REAP Grant #12-R4-XZ,in the amount of $125,000,00;AND,
WHEREAS,the Iowa Department of Nat mal Resources has provided a Grant Agreement
relative to tins project,which the City Attomey has reviewed and found to be satisfactory,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 21st day of November 2011 that it hereby approves and accepts an Iowa Department of
Natural Resources Resource Enhancement and Protection Fund (REAP)Grant Agreement
related to tile Heart of the Warrior Trail Proj ect,
