RESOLUTION 11-223
APPROVING STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND
ARCHITECT FOR SPECIAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKEE AND
RDG PLANNING &DESIGN RELATED TO THE RACCOON RIVER VALLEY TRAIL
TRAILHEAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,RDG Planning &Design proposed an agreement related to architectural and design
services related to the Raccoon River Valley Trail Trailhead Improvement Project in tile amount
of $44,474.00 plus reimbursable expenses;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attomey has reviewed the agreement and has no objections;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2l't day of November,2011,that it hereby approves the Standard Form of Agreement Between
Owner and Architect for Special Services between the City of Waukee and RDG Planning &
Design related to the Raccoon River Valley Trail Trailhead Improvemit Project.
