RESOLUTION 11-234
ADOPTING THE ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on July 12,2010,the Waukee City Council approved a contract with Hoisington
Koegler Group,Inc.related to the design of the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan (Resolution
#10-206);AND,
WHEREAS,the work performed by Hoisington Koegler Group,Inc.included land use
planning,economic analysis,marketing analysis,infrastructure analysis and phasing;AND,
WHEREAS,on November 22,2011,the City of Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission
reviewed the completed Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan and recommend it be adopted by the
Waukee City Council as an amendment to the 2008 Waukee Comprehensive Plan;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa,in session
tins 5th day of December,2011,does hereby adopt the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan.
