RESOLUTION 11-232
AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO CENTRAL STATES ROOFING OF DES MOINES,
IA FOR COMMUNITY CENTER ROOFING PROJECT,355 7TH STREET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Tenus Real Estate,on behalf ofthe City of Waukee solicited and received quotes
for the Community Center Project,355 7th Street;AND,
WHEREAS,Tenus Real Estate has recommended to the City to award the contract to low
bidder Central States Roofing of Des Moines,IA.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee this 5th
day of December,2011,that the contract for the Community Center Roofing Project is hereby
awarded to Central States Roofrng of Des Moines,IA.
