RESOLUTION 11-225
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S STATE OF IOWA 2011
FINANCIAL REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE THE REPORT WITH
THE AUDITOR OF STATE
WHEREAS,The Waukee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee,the State ofIowa 2011 Financial Report for the City of Waukee,Iowa;
AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total Revenues in the amount of $30,589,342 and total
Expenditures of$31,131,111 with an Ending Fund Balance of $22,346,471;AND
WHEREAS,the report is required to be published and submitted to the Auditor of State
by December 1st of each year;AND
WHEREAS,the report will be puhlished in the Dallas County News on Thursday,
December 8'\2011;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee herehy approves
the State ofIowa 2011 Financial Report and directs the Director of Finance to suhmit it to
the Auditor of State,this 5'h day of December 2011.
