RESOLUTION 11-233
APPROVING PROPOSAL FROM THE WALDINGER CORPORATION OF
DES MOINES,IOWA,RELATED TO LIBRARY HV AC IMPROVEMENTS,
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Library continues to experience operational and efficiency
issues with the HV AC system;AND,
WHEREAS,City staffrecommends contracting with The Waldinger Corporation of Des
Moines,Iowa,in order to furnish materials and perform work related to the addition of three
VA V boxes to control the HVAC system within the Waukee Public Library Administrative
Offices area;AND,
WHEREAS,The Waldinger Corporation proposal includes first year labor and material
warranty;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
s"day of December,2011,that it hereby accepts and approves the proposal from The Waldinger
Corporation of Des Moines,Iowa,related to Library HV AC Improvements,Adr ..strative
Offices,in the amount of $12,623.00.
