RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the following bid for the construction of certain public improvements
described in general as the City of Waukee Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)Project,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council on November 21,
2011,be and is hereby accepted,the same being the lowest responsible bid received for such
work,as follows:
Contractor:SensuslMunicipal Supply,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA
Amount of contract:_$~5:::..:3:::..:2::.>,4-.:c3:::8:::..:.,,0,,-0 _
Section 2.That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract with the
contractor for the construction of the public improvements,such contract not to be binding on
the City until approved hy this Council.
Section 3.That the contract shall be amended to strike paragraph 1.2 .16(d)related to
Indemnification and Arbitration.
