RESOLUTION 11-247
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE COMMUNITY CENTER -355 7TH
STREET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously retained the services of GE Wattier Architects
to prepare the plans for the Community Center Project,AND
WHEREAS,the Downtown Design Connnittee reviewed the Site Plan for Waukee Community
Center and recommended approval on November 10,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Parks and Recreation Department reviewed the Site Plan for Waukee
Community Center and recommended approval on November 10,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Waukee Comrnnnity Center on December 14,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Community Center is in general conformance with §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 19th day of December,2011 that the Site Plan for Waukee Community ter is approved.
