RESOLUTION 11-240
APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR EMPLOYEE RECREATION
FOR THE CITY EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY CELEBRATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,employees of the City plan to hold a holiday celebration at their own expense;
AND,
WHEREAS,City employees are a vital part of City government,undertaking a multitude of
thaukless duties in service to the community and its citizens;AND
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council believes that the hard work of the employees who have
served the conununity and its citizens deserves recognition and that such recognition is a small
reward for the work done by the employees for the betterment of the cornmunity;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED on this,the 19th day of December,2011,that the
City of Waukee City Council hereby approves the appropriation of funds for the costs for a
bowling activity in an amount not to exceed $750.00.
