RESOLUTION 12-22
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
SIXTH STREET PATCHING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Stemquist Construction of Indianola,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Sixth Street Patching Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part ofthe
Sixth Street Patching Proj ect and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWaulcee City Council in
session this 23rd day of January,2012,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Sixth Street Patching Project.
