RESOLUTION 12-21
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
SOUTHFORK DRIVE PATCHING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The Concrete Company of Grimes,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Southfork Drive Patching Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Southfork Drive Patching Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part ofthis project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this nrd day ofJanuary,2012,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Southfork Drive Patching Project.
