RESOLUTION 12-04
APPROVING PURCHASE OF A 2012 SULLIVAN D185PJD TOWABLE AIR
COMPRESSOR FROM LOGAN CONTRACTORS SUPPLY OF
URBANDALE,IOWA,IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,043.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
ofa 2012 Sullivan D185PID towable air compressor from Logan Contractors Supply of
Urbandale,Iowa,in the amount of$13,043.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase will replace a towable air compressor that is
beyond repair.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 9th day 00 anuary,2012,that it hereby approves the purchase of a 2012
Sullivan D185PJD towable air compressor from Logan Contractors Supply of
Urbandale,Iowa,in the amount of$13,043.00,
