RESOLUTION 12-12
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE AND
ALTERNATE TO THE WASTEWATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY (WRA)
BOARD FOR 2012
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,according to the provisions of the 28E agreement the City of Waukee holds
with the Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA),the City must aunually appoint OT
reappoint representatives to the WRA Board;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has one representative and one altemate on the WRA
Board;AND,
WHEREAS,fOTthe calendar year 2012,Mayor William F.Peard appoints City
Administrator/Clerk J effrcy L.Kooistra as the representative and Director of Public
Works John Gibson as the alternate to the WRA Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session tins 9th day of January,2012,that it hereby approves tbe Mayor's appointments to
the Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA)Board.
