RESOLUTION 12-05
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
WARRIOR LANE STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,R.D.McKinney Plumbing &Excavating,Inc.,of Waukee,Iowa,has
completed the public improvements associated with the Warrior Lane Storm Sewer
Improvement Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Warrior Lane Storm Sewer Improvement Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications ofthe City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 9th day of January,2012,that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Warrior Lane Storm Sewer Improvement Project.
