RESOLUTION 12-26
ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS AND DALE CARNEGIE TRAINING FOR
FOUNDATIONAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department has received a proposal
from Dale Camegie Training for an 8-week course to work with managers and
supervisors within the Public Works Department in order to develop a stronger
management team;AND,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Department recommends approval of the proposal in the
amount of$16,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of February,2012,that it hereby approves a Proposal for
Professional Services between the City of Waukee Public Works and Dale Carnegie
Training for Foundational Management Training in the amount of$16,000.
