RESOLUTION 12-36
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF ONE (1)CITIZEN MEMBER TO
THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM TO END
JUNE 30,2012
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,Library Board of Trustees member Chris Colter is unable to complete his term,
scheduled to expire June 30,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Darcy Bumett to fill the unexpired term of Chris
Colter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2ih day of February,2012,that the mayor's appointment of Darcy Bumett to the Library Board
of Trustees is hereby approved.
