RESOLUTION 12-54
AWARDING PURCHASE OF A 2013 FORD EXPLORER TO STIVERS FORD
LINCOLN OF WAUKEE,lA,IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,388.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
ofa 2013 Ford Explorer to Stivers Ford Lincoln of Waukee,IA,in the amount of
$27,388.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase will replace the vehicle currently driven by the
Director of Public Works,with that vehicle transferred to use of the Director of Parks
and Recreation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of March,2012,that it hereby approves the purchase of a 13
Ford Explorer to Stivers Ford Lincoln of Waukee,IA,in the amount of$27,38 .00 .
