RESOLUTION 12-53
AWARDING PURCHASE OF A SERVICE BODY FOR 2012 FORD F-250 TO
TRUCK EQUIPMENT,INC.,OF DES MOINES,lA,IN THE AMOUNT OF
$9,433.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a service body for 2012 Ford F-250 to Truck Equipment,Inc.,of Des Moines,lA,in
the amount of$9,433.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase will be installed on a new Ford F-250 truck used
by the Water Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of March,2012,that it hereby approves the purchase of a service
body for 2012 Ford F-250 to Truck Equipment,Inc.,of Des Moines,lA,in the amount
of $9,433.00.
