APPROVING THE PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE R-22 SOUTH GAS
MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,this Council has held a public hearing on detailed plans,
specifications,forms of contract and estimate of cost (the "Contract Documents")for the
proposed R-22 SOUTH GAS MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA (the "Project");
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,as follows:
Section 1.The Contract Documents for the project are hereby approved.
Section 2.All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Passed and approved Apri12,2012.
