RESOLUTION 12-90
APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH SNYDER &ASSOCIATES,INC.,
FOR THE CITY FIBER OPTIC NETWORK PROJECT
IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on July 11,2011,the Wau1cee City Council approved an Agreement for
Engineering Services by and between Snyder &Associates,Inc.,and the City of Waukee related
to the City Fiber Optic Network Project (Resolution #11-124)AND,
WHEREAS,Snyder &Associates has submitted an amendment to the agreement for additional
engineering services for the implementation of emergency vehicle pre-emption at all traffic
signal installations within the City ofWau1cee;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed amendment increases the contract fee by $10,000.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Contract Amendment with Snyder &Associates,Inc.,for the City Fiber Optic Network Project
in the amount of$lO,OOO.OOis hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City ofWau1cee,Iowa,and approved the 16th day of April,
2012.
