RESOLUTION 12-94
DETERMINING RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL STORM SEWER
RATES FOR FISCAL YEARS 2013,2014,2015 AND 2016 AS SPECIFIED IN
WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE §204A.7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Municipal Code §204A.7(B)and 204A.7(C)specify that the monthly
residential and commercial/industrial storm sewer rates for each fiscal year beyond FY2009 will
be determined by resolution of the City Council prior to July 18t of each year;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Works Department recommends that the rate remain $4.25 per
month for residential and $4.25 per Equivalent Residential Units (ERU)per month for
commercial/industrial for the next four fiscal years.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
16th day of April,2012,that it hereby approves a rate of $4.25 per month for residential
customers for Fiscal Years 2013,2014,2015 and 2016;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee City Council hereby approves a rate
of $4.25 per Equivalent Residential Units (ERU)per month for commerciallindustria1 customers
for Fiscal Years 2013,2014,2015 and 2016 .
