RESOLUTION 12-93
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
WARRIOR RIDGE
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Warrior Ridge;
AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 16th day of April 2012 that the Construction Drawings for Warrior Ridge be
approved.
