RESOLUTION 12-102
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ALTERNATIVE COUNSEL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,a legal matter has arisen that ethical considerations by the City Attorney's office
resulted in the need to secure alternate Counsel to represent the City;AND,
WHEREAS,in an effort to assist the City,the Nyemaster law frrm is willing to operate at the
rates established for the services of the City Attorney in this instance;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7'h day of May,2012 that it hereby authorizes the use of the Nyemaster law firm on the matter
involving Emerald Point.
