RESOLUTION 12-105
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR AN ADDITION TO WESTSIDE KIDS DAYCARE-
255 NE DARTMOOR DRIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Addition to
Westside Kids Daycare [255 NE Dartmoor Drive]on April 24,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for the Addition to Westside Kids Daycare [255 NE Dartmoor Drive]
is in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 7th day of May,2012 that the Site Plan for the Addition to Westside Kids Daycare [255 NE
Dartmoor Drive]is approved.
