RESOLUTION 12-125
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
ALICE'S ROADIHICKMAN ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Alice's
Road/Hickman Road Intersection Improvements associated with the adj acent
development of the Crossing at Alice's Road Subdivision;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 21 st day of May 2012 that the Construction Drawings for Alice's
Road/Hickman Road Intersection Improvements be approved.
