RESOLUTION 12 -124
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC (Series E)and Glynn Village Plat
4,LLC (collectively the "Developer")has requested final approval of Glynn Village Plat 4 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on April 24,2012;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 4 and the documents relating thereto comply
in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 21st day of May,2012 that the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 4 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,subject to the terms of
the Agreement to Complete Public Improvements and final review of all legal documents by the
City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Easement for Temporary Water Main;
2.Easement for Public Snow Storage;
3.Easement for Public Utility;
4.Easement for Public Sanitary Sewer;
5.Easement for Public Storm Sewer;
6.Easement for Public Purpose;
7.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent
Easement Agreement;
8.Agreement to Complete Public Improvements;
9.Warranty Deed for conveyance of Lot A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Glynn Village Plat 4,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
