BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public
improvements described in general as Heart of the Warrior Trail Connections Project,are hereby
approved as follows:
