RESOLUTION 12-122
APPROVING QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM WAUKEE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,for the consideration of one dollar ($1.00),property owner Waukee United
Methodist Church has provided Quit Claim Deed to relinquish all right,title,interest,estate,
claim and demand to real estate described as follows:
A part of Government Lot 9,in the Northeast Fractional Quarter of Section S,Township
78 North,Range 26 West of the Sth P.M.,Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa,which is more
particularly described as follows:
The North 868.68 feet of the West 10.00 feet of the East SO.OOfeet of Government Lot 9
in the Northeast Fractional Quarter of Section S,Township 78 North,Range 26 West of
the Sth P.M.,Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa.
Consideration less than $SOO
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Quit Claim Deed be approved and recorded with the Dallas County Recorder.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 21st day of May,2012.
